This photo The last peach harvest of 2019. Regardless of how ripe or green your peaches are, you can stew them in some water, sugar and rose water for a peachy floral dessert that pairs well with creamy mascarpone cheese or some rustic full fat ricotta. So how Sometimes I go weeks without having any avocado toast. And sometimes I have it multiple times a week. For me it’s as much about the avocado and the toast, as it is about everything else on top. Hemp hearts, toasted nuts, chili peppers, olive oi I have a philosophy when it comes to making up my own recipes, “ingredients that grow together, go together.” This week my grocery store had wild caught shrimp from Florida on sale so it was the perfect time to get creative. 
The result i I love eggs. This dish with its slightly runny scramble, caramelized onions, subtle salmon, fresh lemon and horseradish hits the spot for lunch or dinner any day of the week. 
1 tbs organic safflower oil, 1 small onion thinly sliced and caramelized ( Vegetable ceviche.
The variety of edible greens available to us humans is astounding, the spiritual part of me marvels at our blessings, the scientist in me wants to create classifications and pairing charts, and the artist in me captures their beaut This olive oil panna cotta with macerated strawberries will be on heavy rotation this summer. Can’t wait to add peaches to the mix. .
